Born April 23, 1968 at Mattoon, Illinois. Raised in Decatur, Illinois. Height 5'8". She is half-Italian. Her father was a football coach at Stephen Decatur High School, one time being drafted by the Los Angeles Rams. Went to Southern Illinois University, studying to be a paralegel. Kim is married to Chad Nicholls. They have a tiger-striped cat named Tigger. They currently live in Springfield, Missouri. In 2000, Kim is appearing in a movie titled 'The Cell' with Jennifer Lopez.
In the year 2000, Kim decided to retire from bodybuilding due to various reasons, including the downsizing of the prize money in women's bodybuilding, and the psychological stress of wondering if her efforts were going to be in vain. For the year 2001, Kim is going to concentrate on fitness competitions.

Mother (who was a nurse) passed away from complications arising of a car accident. Graduated from Lakehead University in 1991. Played tennis seriously for three year, and in 1984, was a finalist at the Mid-Canada Junior Girl's competition. Her first film part was in Nemesis III. Loves to read Anne Rice books. Currently single, has been engaged twice.
