Side Effects of Andro - Should You Worry?

We all know now that Andro is a precursor to testosterone and help you build muscle and strength. As effective it maybe, Androstenedione (Andro) has its many adverse side effects, and before you go out and buy some, you should fully understand what side effects of Andro you might experience.

Because Andro is a relatively new prohormone - on the market since only 1997 - it lacks thorough clinical studies that shows short term and long term Andro side effects. Nonetheless, following are some side effects of Androstenedione.

** You may wonder why your this could happen. When the need for testosterone is satisfied, signal is sent to the hypothalamus and secretion is stopped. When you add prohormones in to your system, a similar effect takes place. So instead, your body doesn't get the chance to take its natural course of action.

This can be dealt with through cycling. Most information you read recommends 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. However, it's in your best interest to take a equally long off period, or even longer off period. This gives your natural systems a chance to recover. I know a lot of people won't agree with me on this, but hey, it's just my 2 cents! In the end, it's still your choice. ;-)

Side note: It's not recommended for teenagers to use Andro, since alterations in hormone balance at a young age has adverse effects. If you're under 18, you should not use Androstenedione prohormones. Besides, at such a young age, you're full of raging hormones. ;-) I recommend you using creatine with whey protein - it works wonders.
